VOLUNTEER
The Team needs help soliciting items for the auction. This could include making in-person requests, sending letters or making phone calls. If you are a sales person, or just a downright go-getter, please consider helping us!

Volunteers will also be needed to help set up and tear down at the event, serve food, prepare thank you notes, distribute tax deduction letters and much more. If you've got the time, we've got a special job for you.

AUCTION ITEMS
If in the position to make a donation, such as an auction item(s), special experience, concert/sport tickets, or service, please consider contributing to the event. We will have specialty themed baskets that will need to be filled including Spa/Health & Beauty, Baking, Pizza Lovers, Breakfast/Coffee Lovers, Road Trip/Travel, Camping/Outdoor, just to name a few.
Financial contributions to purchase large ticket items will gladly be accepted, too.
The good news? All donations are tax deductible through the church's tax exempt ID!
COOK IT UP!
Are you a whiz in the kitchen? Showcase your talents and bring your yummiest creations to serve at the event! Passable hors d'Oevers, finger foods and desserts would be most practical.
Beverage donations would be greatly appreciated as well.
